CBA Live Assist Becomes Cisco Certified
CBA has registered its SDK solution, CBA Live Assist as a Cisco certified solution. To be approved as a Cisco Certified Solution, we went through three stages to get approval: solution approval, solution release, and the Cisco compatibility certification process.
CBA Live Assist has completed all the certification process and got the final certification. CBA Live Assist is currently available as a Cisco Certified Solution.
By becoming a Cisco-certified solution, companies, contact centers, call centers, and BPOs using Cisco solutions can use the communication functions of CBA Live Assist with peace of mind, safety, and flexibility. Flexible integration through the SDK is possible for both cloud and on-premise.
